I’ve been taking medication and it’s not working

If you have been taking medication and it’s not working, we recommend a video consultation with Mr D’Souza to determine if you could be a suitable candidate for Hair Transplant Surgery.

The video consultation takes 20 minutes and covers:

  • Your medical history
  • An assessment of your symptoms and the medication you have been using
  • A discussion on whether you are a good candidate for Hair Transplant Surgery, and the different techniques most suitable for you

What happens after my consultation?

If the most suitable treatment is surgery, Mr D’Souza will invite you to the clinic for an in-depth consultation before recommending a treatment plan.

In some cases where other non-surgical routes are available Mr D’Souza may refer you to a specialist practitioner.

Who are video consultations suitable for?

New patients who have been taking medication and are looking to find out what’s possible with surgery.

If you require surgery you will need an appointment at the clinic, which you can find out about and book here if you want to move straight to an in-person consultation with Mr D’Souza.

Fees are £50 which are fully refundable if you proceed with surgical treatment. [more about fees]

If you are female your hair loss may be due to underlying conditions and you may not be suitable for surgery. Please read this article before booking an appointment.
