Cannot fault The D'Souza Clinic, I met with Chris, he is extremely genuine and wanted the best for me... unlike others. I am 25 years old and have experienced thinning in the crown area and slight thinning in the temples. I had my heart set on a transplant and when I was put on furlough I decided to contact multiple clinics to get the ball rolling. From my experience, I would highly recommend that you speak to the ACTUAL surgeon rather than a sales consultant. I spoke to a couple of sales consultant from other Harley Street clinics and after looking at my head extremely quickly over FaceTime they were adamant I needed 3,000 grafts (a lot more than I expected) and then proceeded to try and book me in the next day or the week after... I work in sales and to me these were all red flags. I then met with Chris D'Souza, who was absolutely fantastic. I'd read multiple articles about what to look for in a HT surgeon and Chris had all the qualifications they say to look for (you can read it on the website). Chris assessed my hair, took photos and during our 45 min conversation gave me a lot more knowledge and understanding of transplants. He told me that although my hair is thinning, a transplant would not be a viable option currently, due to the thinning hairs still being there. He recommended medication and explained that with hair like mine, this may produce a better result than a transplant. I honestly felt that he wanted what's best for me as a patient rather than his business, which is a credit to him. Fully recommend booking an appointment with him for a genuine opinion from a hair transplant surgeon.
World class service and support
Having visited a number of clinics, I was left in no doubt that the D’Souza clinic was the clinic to have the hair transplant. I only had the procedure one week ago and things are going according to plan. I actually bumped my head the day after the procedure and Chris called me back and made arrangements to see me urgently. He then performed a small procedure to repair the damaged area. World class service and support.

Chris and his team were incredible. Chris was communicative at every stage, and his team were extremely attentive. The service was impeccable and the results have changed my life. Chris went out of his way to accommodate me before, during and after the procedure and I cannot recommend him enough. He is caring ad he is knowledgeable and he takes real pride in his work.

After a number of Consultations around Harley Street, it was very clear from the moment we met Chris that this was the surgeon for me. Chris provided a very honest and thorough consultation plus he was the only surgeon in Harley Street that we met during the Consultation, usually it would be a pushy sales guy. On the morning of the operation, I was introduced to the team and Chris discussed exactly the whole process with me. It was a very personable, friendly and calm experience, exactly how you should be feeling. During the operation there was a lot to keep me occupied from the friendly discussions with the team, ipad and Tv everything was catered for including an awesome deliveroo lunch :) I am now 5 weeks into my results and I am extremely happy with the results. Chris provides excellent aftercare and is on hand at any point, he simply goes above and beyond. I am fortunate to have taken the initiative to have a hair transplant with his team, a daunting process that turned out to be painless. I would say the only drawback to the entire procedure is the heal time, which will take a full week (mini vacation) of your time. Take the plunge to get it done - you won’t be sorry!!
I could not be any happier with the results so far
It's been a week since the procedure and I could not be any happier with the results so far. The initial consultation was straightforward and I felt immediately at ease with how honest, positive and friendly Chris was. On the day of the op, Chris and his incredibly professional and friendly team, Jess, Annie, Angie and Suman helped me to feel comfortable at all times and kept me informed throughout so I always knew what was happening and where we were up to. The surgery takes place in a lovely room, with open views across local rooftops which was really relaxing. They have Netflix and Sky TV along with a decent sounding music player and they are all such a lovely bunch of people that I spent a lot of time chatting with them all. High quality photographs are taken at keys stages of the surgery which are fascinating to look at. Chris has been incredibly responsive to any questions I've had both before and since the procedure, helping and reassuring me at all times. I highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone considering this procedure.

Thanks to the high level of care and the facilities available, what appeared like a long day on paper, in reality passed very quickly. I was provided with everything I needed for the required aftercare and was feeling 100%in no time at all. I'm looking forward to seeing the results over time. Choose this clinic you will be in very safe hands
After going to turkey for FUE and not being happy with the final result I decided I needed a repair job and no way was I going abroad again. After scouring the internet for days on end in order to find the right surgeon, countless phone consults, 50+ emails and 10 face to face consultations with other clinics/ agents in Harley street. I decided to go and check the ISHRS official website to find a registered surgeon that I comfortable with (most doctors are not registered with ISHRS, BAHRS, ABHRS) Chris Desouza is and I stumbled upon his name and his clinic. Boy was I lucky, first time I was actually going to meet face to face with the doctor in the surgery where it would take place. The website isn’t gimmicky with doctored before and after photos, it’s very subtle but stood out from the other sites with discounts on grafts and glossy images. I couldn’t find much in terms of social media and online forums ( so I was a bit concerned) but booked a consultation. From the first consultation I knew this was where I wanted to go, he showed me real results from his work and explained the the reason as to why he didn’t use false images in his sites ( the results were real, honest and great by the way) he was also kind enough to see me for a second consultation due to my nerves and previous experience just to finalise any worries I may have and do I felt comfortable with my needs and expectations. Surgery day was a huge contrast to turkey, Chris and his team were amazing and it flew by. The team had a great relationship and really knew how to ensure you felt comfortable a good mix of chat and silence when needed. Microscopes used to ensure 1,2 and 3 grafts were used in the right zones (singles in the hairline) which they showed me the grafts and how they were dissected and counted and paved accordingly. I can tell already the graft placement and density looks so much better, it blends with my natural hair packed very tightly and with a nice natural looking staggered hairline. I would 100%recommend the D’Souza clinic and would be happy to show results from turkey and the repair job from Chris, and even talk to you if you wanted to see or hear more about my results and experience of having 2 procedures, 1 home and 1 abroad. Choose this clinic you will be in very safe hands!!

From the first meeting, to the day of the surgery and beyond into the after care, Chris D’Souza is on hand to provide expert and comforting advice, informed plans for treatment and a wonderfully reassuring and understanding manner. In the lead up to surgery, you are provided with detailed information packs for pre and post op care which help you understand the process itself and the period of aftercare. As to the day of surgery, the process runs seamlessly. The whole team make you feel very relaxed and at ease. The process itself was painless and expertly handled. He and his team were amazing
Two years ago I visited Christopher DSouza to have my first hair transplant to the crown of my head, as over the years it had been getting thinner and despite using minoxidil, I found minoxidil did help but only slowed male pattern baldness down, but didn't stop it, So I decided to have a hair transplant, on the day of the surgery I was met by Chris and his team and he explained what was going to happen, then I went for a hair wash before surgery, all through the surgery he and his team were amazing and I could not had a better team. As a result I have also decided to return and have my hairline done this time, as now two years on the crown of my head is covered in my own fully growing hair, thanks to the excellent work of Christopher DSouza and his team. I cannot thank them enough.

I can not overstate how good Dr Chris D’Souza and his team of clinical assistance are. I instantly felt completely relaxed in their hands. Nothing was too much trouble. Chris and the clinical assistances' could not have been more professional, friendly, educational and caring. It’s a long day. The whole FUE procedure lasted for around 8 hours so it really is a long day for Chris and his team but for me, the time flew by! We had a lot of fun and they all cleared cared about getting the best possible result. At no point did I feel I was “ just another client”. The whole experience was faultless
I have to give 5 stars for a 5 star service. I had the procedure two weeks ago and I can’t recommend the D’Souza clinic highly enough. The whole experience was faultless. Chris and his team had excellent communication and professionalism from the beginning and they provided an exceptional level of care throughout. They only do one procedure a day so they were totally focused on my transplant and the day passed in no time, in fact I was so relaxed I fell asleep for part of it. I had seen three other clinics, two of which were with just sales people rather than a doctor. I actually paid a deposit for one of them, but then had some doubts so I did some more research and found the D’Souza Clinic. After the consultation with Chris I decided he was the surgeon I wanted and it was worth losing the other deposit to go with The D’Souza clinic. I can now say that I’m happy I made that decision.
Came highly recommended from a number of friends
I met with Chris from The D’Souza clinic after he came highly recommended from a number of friends. I had actually had the op booked in Turkey but after feeling prices to good to be true it seemed more a risk rather than a saving. Chris when we met from the initial consultation, was thorough, welcoming and oozed experience. I lost in the region of £1000 to use Chris plus the cost of his operation just being that more confident he would get the result. But for me if you pay peanuts you tend to get to monkeys. Booked in and counting down the days and extremely excited to be using this firm to have it done.

The team couldn’t have made me feel more at home
I have to say I was a little scared before the day but as soon as I arrived Chris and team couldn't have made me feel more at home. Such a lovely bunch and even when the procedure was in full flow I was always being given lunch or snacks and cups of tea, all whilst watching what I wanted n the TV! To be honest it turned into a lovely day off work!

The consultation was very helpful, open and honest, and I left the room thinking that if I were to proceed, it would definitely be with Mr D'Souza. I wish I had done it years ago
I had a transplant before Xmas, it was quick and painless. Now 5 months later you can see the full result and it is great. I look at least 7 years younger and much more confident about the way I look. I wish I had done it years ago. Mr D'Souza and his team looked after me very well and I could not recommend them higher. Extremely professional and helpful throughout
Am planning to have the procedure,but the initial consultation was very professional and informative and left me feeling confident about using the clinic. I had the FUT procedure last Tuesday and Chris and team were extremely professional and helpful throughout.Must admit the day passed very quickly and I was made to feel very relaxed and without too much discomfort. Chris has also answered all my questions promptly and again reinforces my view that I made the right choice in choosing this clinic.

The best and most positive thing that I have done for a long time
I had my hair transplant done by Chris in November 2015. I found the results beyond my expectation and at the time of writing, February 2018, my hair continues to be healthy and look great. I have not looked back and regretted the procedure at all. It certainly was the best and most positive thing that I done for a long time. Even now as I write this it has changed my life and my outlook. The most important thing is that it has given back my confidence in every day life, including in the gym. The procedure itself, which was carried out by Chris D'Souza and his wonderful caring technicians, all combined together to make my day as painless and comforting as possible and resulted in no trauma whatsoever. Chris was extremely kind and helpful for the consultations prior to the procedure and also for the post-op check-ups. I have obviously been to other pre-op consultations with other relevant companies, but none could match those of Chris and hence why I chose him as my transplant surgeon. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to other like-minded people and have already told my stylist (who obviously had to know!) to recommend Chris to his male clients. The joy once more of being able to choose a style and using hair gel, bliss! I have said to Chris that I'm willing to enable his potential clients to see my transformation in person, which may go some way to overcome their apprehension and questions about the transplant process.
