We strongly believe only qualified professionals should give medical advice.
We don’t employ patient advocates or sales people and we created our new patient consultation process so you always talk to the surgeon who will diagnose your symptoms and recommend and deliver the treatment plan.
Hair Transplant Surgery is a serious procedure. We recommend you speak to more than one surgeon to find one that you trust. For this reason we decided that all consultancy fees are fully refundable if you consult with us then become a patient of The D’Souza Clinic.
We also have a wealth of advice and knowledge for non-surgical patients, we are happy to provide help and guidance through video calls and we publish articles and are here for advice if you need our expertise.
