Every consultation is taken personally by Mr D’Souza, Medical Director and Hair Transplant Surgeon and are held either in person at the clinic, or by video.
We do not use patient advocates or salespeople because they are not qualified to give medical or surgical advice, and we believe they not the best use of time.
The consultation will take 20 minutes for video and 45 minutes in person.

- In person consultations are an in-depth medical review for new patients who require hair surgery
You will have the opportunity to ask questions, and after the consultation we will send you a full treatment plan, with possible dates and prices.
