Every hair transplant surgery consultation is led personally by Mr D’Souza, Medical Director and Hair Transplant Surgeon, either in person at our clinic in London, or by video call.
We do not use patient advocates or salespeople because they are not qualified to give medical or surgical advice, and we believe they are not the best use of your time.
A video consultation will take up to 20 minutes and an in person consultation up to 45 minutes.
- Video consultations are for new patients with general hair loss concerns and would like an overview of the treatment options available
- In-person consultations include a detailed medical review and examination for new patients who may require hair transplant surgery
You will have the opportunity to ask questions, and after the consultation we will send you a full treatment plan, with possible dates and prices.
