It’s been a week since the procedure and I could not be any happier with the results so far. The initial consultation was straightforward and I felt immediately at ease with how honest, positive and friendly Chris was. On the day of the op, Chris and his incredibly professional and friendly team, Jess, Annie, Angie and Suman helped me to feel comfortable at all times and kept me informed throughout so I always knew what was happening and where we were up to.

The surgery takes place in a lovely room, with open views across local rooftops which was really relaxing. They have Netflix and Sky TV along with a decent sounding music player and they are all such a lovely bunch of people that I spent a lot of time chatting with them all. High quality photographs are taken at keys stages of the surgery which are fascinating to look at. Chris has been incredibly responsive to any questions I’ve had both before and since the procedure, helping and reassuring me at all times.
